Service fee structure

CoW Protocol charges a volume fee of 0.02% for standard assets or 0.003% for correlated assets. It also takes 50% of positive quote improvement or eligible out-of-market limit-order surplus, capped at 0.98% of order volume. Execution costs and any integration partner fee can affect the final amount. Fees are accounted for within the trade settlement.

MEV protection

CoW Swap submits signed intents to solver auctions rather than broadcasting an ordinary user swap to the public mempool. Batch pricing and peer-to-peer matching reduce transaction-order exploitation. The solver must respect your signed price limit; this does not guarantee that every order will fill.

Liquidity-source availability varies by chain, pair and execution mode. Service fees, network gas and liquidity-provider fees may be separate. Read the platform’s current documentation and swap quote for the actual cost. MEV coverage can depend on the network, route and execution method.
