Directory placement and recommendations

The directory lists DEX aggregator websites. Tirio is an editorial recommendation and remains at the top independently of search, all filters and sorting. This position is not a claim that Tirio has the largest trading volume. Other listings follow the selected metric or name sort; recommendations are excluded from pagination counts.

Editorial directory listings can exist without linked public metrics. Their unavailable volume, fees, revenue and history remain blank rather than being estimated.

Two trading layers, two datasets

A DEX aggregator searches across liquidity sources and routes a trade. A DEX venue provides the pools or order books where that trade executes. The same trade can contribute to both datasets, so aggregator and venue totals are presented separately.

Source overview totals cover all categories supplied by DefiLlama, including adjacent trading categories. The DEX directory contains aggregator websites. The separate venue rankings default to Dexs, display source categories and let you expand the category filter. Directory and category filters do not recompute source totals.

Volume and time windows

Trading volume is the USD value of reported trading activity. The 24-hour, 7-day and 30-day figures use the windows supplied by the source adapter. Daily history comes from the source’s timestamped series. Volume is activity, not liquidity, profit or a promise of a better swap price.

The 1-day and 7-day change fields compare the latest daily volume with the daily figure one or seven days earlier. They are not growth rates of trailing weekly totals.

Automated volume checks

Reported volumes are checked for relationships that need review. Comparisons between the 24h, 7d and 30d totals allow a difference of 1% of the longer reported total or US$1, whichever is larger. A concentration warning requires all three totals to be available, no window comparison warning, 24h volume to be at least 90% of reported 7d volume and 50% of reported 30d volume, and additional volume in both longer windows beyond that allowance.

These checks compare reported totals; they do not reconstruct earlier daily activity. Measurement periods, source coverage or genuine concentrated activity may explain a warning. A review flag is not proof of incorrect data or manipulation. Source figures and ranking order are retained. The absence of a warning only means that available automated checks found none; it is not independent verification.

TVL, fees and revenue

Total value locked measures reported assets held in protocols. Fees are payments made by users under a source adapter’s definition; revenue is the portion assigned to a protocol or its stakeholders. These measures are displayed only where the current dataset provides them.

Missing values and rankings

A dash means a value is not available. A numeric zero is a reported zero. Rankings default to descending 24-hour volume for platforms and descending TVL for chains. Unavailable values appear after reported values when sorting numeric columns.

Activity filters

Seven-day activity filters distinguish a reported positive volume, a reported zero and unavailable data. Missing data does not establish that a platform is inactive. A minimum 24h volume includes only platforms with a reported nonnegative value at or above the selected USD amount; even a minimum of zero excludes unavailable 24h data. These optional filters do not affect Tirio’s editorial placement or market overview totals.

Documented platform details

Service fee structures, examples of supported liquidity sources and MEV conditions are maintained with documentation references and a review date. They are separate from aggregate protocol fees in the source snapshot. Unknown features remain marked as not documented. A documentation review is not a security audit, and availability can change by chain, pair and execution mode.

Chain coverage

Source-backed platform chain support comes from public metadata. Editorial directory chain coverage is maintained separately. Research counts show how many source platforms in this snapshot report that chain. A platform’s global volume is not assigned to an individual chain simply because the platform supports it.

Freshness and outages

The server caches public data and refreshes it on a schedule. The displayed timestamp records when data was fetched, not when every source adapter last updated. If a refresh fails, the last usable snapshot is marked as cached. When no data is available, values remain unavailable and charts are not fabricated.

Research and execution

This workspace provides market research and comparisons. It does not execute swaps, request wallet approvals or provide a personalised trading quote. Official platform links open separately.

FAQ
What does this research dashboard do?

It organizes DEX aggregator activity, decentralized exchange volume and supporting protocol or chain data for comparison. The interface is for research: browsing a listing does not connect a wallet, prepare a trade or move cryptocurrency. Read each table label for its metric and scope.

Where do the displayed numbers come from?

Analytics snapshots come from the configured server-side source adapters, including DefiLlama public endpoints. Each dataset has a retrieval status. The source supplies the measurement; this website retrieves and organizes a local copy. See Data sources for attribution and documentation.

Are the numbers real-time?

They are source-derived analytics snapshots, not a tick-by-tick market feed. The displayed retrieval time describes the local copy, while a daily metric can refer to the source reporting period. If refresh fails, an older snapshot is labelled stale; unavailable data is not replaced with invented figures.

What is the difference between DEX and aggregator volume?

DEX volume measures trading handled by an exchange. Aggregator volume measures trades routed through an aggregation service. The routed trades can already appear in the underlying exchanges, so these totals must not simply be added together as independent market activity.

Can I swap tokens on this website?

The default experience is a research dashboard and does not sign or broadcast DEX transactions. A listing or rank is not an executable quote. Existing orders from an earlier exchange installation can remain accessible for tracking; creating new legacy orders is disabled unless the operator explicitly enables that separate feature.

What does TVL tell me?

TVL is a source-defined value of assets counted in protocol or chain measurements at a point in time. It is different from trading volume. Dollar TVL can change when asset prices change, even without new deposits; it is not a direct measure of net inflows, users, profit or protocol quality.

Why is a value missing or marked stale?

A dash or unavailable status means a valid observation cannot currently be supplied for that field or resource. It does not mean zero. Stale means the server retained an earlier valid snapshot after its freshness window or a failed refresh. Its previous successful retrieval time remains the relevant timestamp.

What does an account or watchlist save?

An account can save supported platform and chain references in a watchlist and keep support requests together. A watchlist is a research list, not a wallet portfolio, trading position or price alert. The site does not ask for a wallet recovery phrase or private key to save references.

How can I report a data problem?

Use Contact support and include the public protocol or chain name, page address, metric and displayed update status. Explain the value you expected and the source you checked. Do not submit wallet private keys or recovery phrases. Signed-in users can read replies in their support history.
