How data reaches this site
The server requests DefiLlama public API data and retains validated snapshots. When a refresh fails, the last successful snapshot remains visible with its original timestamp and a stale status. Without a valid snapshot, the affected metrics are unavailable.
Aggregator volume and DEX venue volume remain separate. A trade routed by an aggregator may also be measured at its underlying exchange.
